Solar Installers Launch Purchasing Campaign

One Block Off the Grid, a company that offers group discounts on solar installations, its launching a group purchase program in the Philadelphia area. Mercury Solar Systems, a Port Chester, N.Y.-based solar energy company, has partnered with One Block to install systems during the three-month campaign.

The partnership gives Philadelphia-area homeowners a 15-percent discount on solar systems. Homeowners also may be eligible for zero-down, interest-free financing for 18 months.
